<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently view the content and video of latest information by converting a reception mode into a television or video cassette recorder mode when the latest information is not inputted. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor 3 turns a character information on/off signal (TTXON/OFF) into a high state. Thus, a signal in the high state is inputted to one input terminal of an AND gate 4. The output signal of an AND gate 6 is inverted and impressed to the other input terminal of the AND gate 4. When an execution key is not pressed, the output ETX of the microprocessor 3 is turned into a low state, and the output of the AND gate 6 is turned into a low state, and a signal in the high state is impressed to the other input terminal of the AND gate 4. Therefore, the AND gate 4 outputs a signal in the high state, and a second switch 2 is connected with an (h) terminal. Also, a first switch 5 is connected with an (l) terminal.</p> |
