PURPOSE:To prevent the system from being damaged owing to malfunction by allowing an operator, who registers a password registered in advance, to operate when sitting at the management system and inhibiting the operator from operating when leaving the system. CONSTITUTION:When an operator name and a password which are previously registered are inputted in a window, the management system 1 recognizes that the correct operator sits and changes the display contents of the management system 1 into contents showing that a network 2 and an information management system 3 can be accessed. Consequently, the operator 5 operates the management system 1 according to the qualification. While the operator 5 sits, a seat leaving window with a seat leaving button is displayed. When the operator leaves the system, the seat leaving button in the seat leaving window is clicked with a mouse, etc. Then while the operator 5 leaves the system, the display screen can only be read and operation accompanying access to the network 2 or information processing system 3 is inhibited. |
