The double walled container (18) is made into a tubular shape (19) from a sheet of supple material, such as tissue, paper or plastic and closed by a bottom (20). A first face (6) is located outside and a second face inside the double wall. A rigidifying substance is placed inside a part of the double wall. The longitudinal edges (2,3) are superposed longitudinally relative to the tubular shape. Each end edge is tightened up by a clamping collars (8,9) located inside the double wall. The manufacture of the container comprises a stage of shaping the tubular form from the sheet on a support (11). This is followed by closing the ends with the clamping collars and applying glue or resin inside the double wall. |
