PURPOSE:To easily discriminate between the front surface and the back surface and to easily mask the printing of the back surface. CONSTITUTION:When the back paper is set to be used by the depressing of the back paper set key of a control panel 70, or discrimination by a detection signal from a cassette switch 5 detecting the pawl of a paper supply cassette or a detection signal by a CCD sensor 6, the paper on which a normal image forming action is executed is inverted with an inverse paper supply part by a CPU 110. Then, the turning-on of an LED array is controlled through an LED control circuit 114 and a pattern image is formed on the back surface. |
