PURPOSE:To receive a message surely when a radio terminal is used in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:In the case that a radio terminal equipment 3 makes communication with a base station in a vehicle 6, when the radio reception state is not stable and the stop state of the vehicle 6 is detected based on a position signal from a navigation device 62 or a vehicle velocity signal from a vehicle velocity sensor 61 mounted on the vehicle 6, the terminal accesses a center equipment via the base station to extract a message addressed to the terminal. As a result, even when the radio reception state is unstable at driving of the vehicle 6 and a communication error takes place with the base station, the message stored from the base station to the center equipment and addressed to the terminal is sent from the center equipment when the vehicle 6 is stopped and the terminal equipment can receive the message. |
