PURPOSE:To check an IF controller board efficiently by using a single check board to check a Centronics interface(IF) and an RS-232C IF or the like thereby reducing the check time without a complicated check program. CONSTITUTION:An I/F controller board 10 generates bit map data based on print information outputted from a host computer. A check board 198 checking the I/F controller board 10 is made up of a single board and provided with two connectors 20, 21. The connectors 20, 21 are connected to a Centronics I/F connector 22 of the I/F controller board 10 and the RS-232C I/F connector 23 when the I/F controller board 10 is checked. Furthermore, the check board 19 is provided with a check circuit checking simultaneously the Centronics I/F and its peripheral circuit and the RS-232C I/F and its peripheral circuit in the I/F controller board 10. |
