发明名称 ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE ELEMENT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of implanting an electric charge and further to improve adhesiveness between a transparent electrode and an electroluminescence substance layer by heating the transparent electrode, consisting of tin dope and indium oxide, in a vacuum. CONSTITUTION:A glass substrate D with a transparent electrode formed with a tin dope and indium oxide film, as the glass substrate, is ultrasonic-cleaned in a vacuum, heated and manufactured. Next by setting the glass substrate D with transparent electrode in a vacuum device, a positive hole transport agent is evaporated in a prescribed degree of vacuum, to successively evaporate trisalumium of luminous agent. Further, magnesium and silver are evaporated by 10:1 atomic ratio, to manufacture an organic electroluminescence element. When the organic electroluminescence element is driven by DC power, green color luminescence is observed. Then, carrier density of the tin dope and indium oxide film and a work function are increased, to improve wettability. For decreasing a contact barrier between an indium oxide film and an electroluminescence substance layer B, implantation to the substance layer B is improved, and drive voltage is decreased to obtain high brightness.</p>
