The safety locking part is formed as a pivoted clamp bar (11). This is clamped between the legs (5,6) of the holder (4) which form the holder aperture (7). The holder has one short and long leg. The clamp bar is supported on the free end of the long leg. The clamp bar is supported on the holder, pivoted about a hinged pin (10) which extends at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the legs. It is clamped in a hooked nose (15) formed on the short leg.
