摘要 |
The magnetic composition of dielectric ceramics containing molybdenum for removing the electromagnetic wave interference comprises 46 mol.% titanium dioxide, 49 - 54 mol.% zirconium dioxide and 0 < MoM2 = <5 mol.% molybdenum dioxide. The dielectric ceramics is manufactured by sintering the molded body with the above composition at 1,425 - 1,475 deg.C, and has more than 39 of permittivity, below ±100 ppm/deg.C of electrostatic capacity temperature coefficient. The dielectric ceramics with this composition not including rare earth elements is produced by simple processes with low cost.
