Motorised security lock

The security lock is fitted to the inside surface of a door and has an electrically driven locking slider to secure the door. The lock is operated via a security code from a hand held transmitter and can be applied to any door with a minimum of effort. No mounting recesses are required. The security code is a series of pulses of opposite polarity from the compact transmitter. The electric drive is from a mains supply or from an integral battery. The position of the lock is not visible from the outside.
