An apparatus for moving a carrying vehicle easily and safety moves on stairs as well as on a level ground. The apparatus has rotatable belts (40) wrapping around front and rear main pulleys (21, 22) and auxiliary pulleys (23), and rotatable wheels (31, 32) mounted on shafts (11, 12) supporting the main pulleys (21, 22). The apparatus is moved by rotation of the wheels (31, 32) when moving on a level ground and moved by rotation of the belts (40) when moving on stairs. |
