摘要

An apparatus for establishing the dimensional specification of an object e.g. the size and contour of an interior wall or outer facade of a building employs a square frame (G) whose diagonals coincide with the optical axis of a video-camera (K) and which supports the laser sources (X1 to X4) and (Y1 to Y4) positioned as shown. The sources (X1 to X4) project mutually parallel beams towards the object whereas beams from the sources (Y1 to Y4) diverge from a common apparent origin behind the camera. The points on the object marked by the beams appear on the video image and the known geometry of the system enable a dimensional evaluation by a CAD or similar system of computer graphics.
