Writing pad with set of paper sheets

The set of paper sheets comprises interconnected sheets on a pad support wrapped in an envelope, preventing soiling damage etc.. The sheets are lined but the pad contains sheets with additional linings or even without any. Pref. the identically lined sheets are grouped together in alternating sets. Thus the mixed pad comprises differently lined or even unlined groups of sheets.
