Centrifugal sieve for flour

The centrifugal sieve has the smallest cross section of slit aperture (6) in the casing (9) of the classifying rotor formed by the edges of the spaced rectangular plates of the same width (B) for the entire height of the slit. The internal corners of the plates are arranged so that they all have the same clearance from the turning axis (12). The plates are at right angles to a lower flange (14) and at an angle of up to 90 deg. to the casing. The internal corners of the plates form a right angle with the turning axis of the classifying motor. The upper flange (8) is in the free intermediate space of the apertures.
