PROCESS FOR PRODUCING STRUCTURAL MATERIAL OF LIGHTWEIGHT PANEL

The structural material of a lightweight composite panel for an internal and external wall material of buildings is produced by (a) covering an acryl resin cement adhesive (2) on the cellulose fiber cement board (1), (b) filling and connecting a styrene foam mixed lightweight concrete (3) to the board (1), (c) putting an acryl resin cement adhesive (2')-covered cellulose fiber cement board (1') on the lightweight concrete (3), and (d) demolding the concrete (3). The styrene foam mixed lightweight concrete has 420 kg/m3 mixture specific gravity and 350-380 kg/m3 apparent specific gravity.
