A prostacyclin-containing skin-care composition comprises, as the active ingredient, (i) a prostacyclin represented by general formula (I) and/or an enantiomer thereof, wherein R<1> represents hydrogen or C1-C10 linear or branched alkyl; R<2> represents R<21> or (CH2)nR<22> (R<21> representing optionally substituted C3-C12 linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, R<22> representing optionally substituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl, and n representing an integer of 0 to 2); and R<3> and R<4> represent each independently hydrogen or a group represented by general formula (II), wherein R<5> represents C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl, (ii) a vaseline, (iii) a paraffin, and (iv) a fatty acid ester, and further contains, if necessary, liquid paraffin. Another composition comprises a prostacyclin represented by the above general formula (I) and/or an enantiomer thereof, a vaseline and a glycol, and further contains, if necessary, a paraffin and/or liquid paraffin.
