The shank section (35) of a fastening element (16) fitted on the cover side first passes through the recess (24) of a locking plate (22). It then passes through the opening of a safety spring (26). The locking devices on the side of the safety spring facing the locking plate are spring points located directly over the opening and which have a narrowing cross-section which widens when the restoring spring forces are overcome.
