Determining remaining battery capacity of battery in set of batteries

The electronic control (15) is used for the monitoring of selected operating parameters. The remaining capacity of the battery (39) of the battery set (38) is determined from the called up data and the monitored operating parameters by the electronic control. The electronic control is a microprocessor. The step for determining the remaining capacity of the battery includes the computing of the charging condition by the microprocessor. A sensor (30) for the external energy source is connected to the electronic control (15). Temp. data is also stored in the storage.
