PURPOSE:To almost uniformize the stuffing amount of vinegared rice and to obtain an intermediate product of rolled SUSHI (vinegared rice) while preventing the moistening of a laver sheet by detachably inserting a dummy bar for ingredient into vertical guide grooves formed on the inner faces of both short end plates of a box frame. CONSTITUTION:A guide groove 7 is formed on each inner face of the short end plates 5 of a box frame 2 to be stuffed with vinegared rice. The front and rear ends 10 of a dummy bar 8 for ingredient are detachably inserted into the guide grooves. Vinegared rice is stuffed into the box frame, a pressing lid 12 is detachably inserted into the frame and the intermediate product of rolled SUSHI is taken out of the box frame together with the dummy bar. The dummy bar is removed from the intermediate product and the intermediate product is wrapped with a laver sheet after inserting an ingredient to obtain a rolled SUSHI. |
