摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive simplification of structure of a mold by improving workability and productivity, by a method wherein resin injected through a nozzle of an injection molding machine is ramified through a branch nozzle, the ramified resin is filled into a plurality of cavities of a clamped mold and a plurality of molded bodies are molded. CONSTITUTION:In a branch nozzle 100, a sprue 103 against which an injection nozzle 33 abuts and two nozzles 104 are provided respectively on an injection nozzle side and a mold side of a molding machine. In the branch nozzle 100, a pouring hole 106 and branch flow paths 107, 108 ramifying symmetrically to the right and left from the middle of the pouring hole are formed at a predetermined slope to an axial direction, possess a resin flow path constituted of straightaway parts 109, 110 which go again in an axial direction, the tip of which is squeezed in a tapered state and become inflow holes 111A, 111B of the nozzle 104. Heaters 112, 113 are controlled at fixed temperatures. The molten resin is ramified uniformly by the branch flow paths 107, 108 through a pouring hole 106 from the injection nozzle nozzle 33 and poured into a runner of a frame body from an inflow hole of the nozzle through the straightaway part.
