PURPOSE:To obtain an artificial skin composition designed so as to be absorbed and permeated into the skin and further integrated with an essential biological tissue. CONSTITUTION:This composition is capable of regenerating a biological tissue lost by an accident such as a burn or a decubitus or operation, etc., by comprising a polypeptide in chitosan. Furthermore, the composition is not only directly applicable as an excellent cosmetic to a human body but also capable of providing a textile material having unconventional compatibility with the human body by use thereof in a textile raw material for clothes such as a diaper, underwear or a shirt. This composition is obtained by blending a creamy composition containing the polypeptide and chitosan with a required medicinal ingredient and collagen, urea, etc., are especially used as the polypeptide. |
