摘要 PURPOSE: To make a plastic functional part freely movable by separating the same from a surface after molding by shrinkage by forming the plastic functional part molded around the hole of a metal plate and both surfaces of the plate by outsert molding into a special shape and allowing the separated part to function as a bearing. CONSTITUTION: The end edge of a hole is surrounded by tubular retaining elements 30, 31 so as to provide a clearance around the end edge of the hole and a tubular bridge element 28 and the retaining elements 30, 31 are connected at the peripheral edge of the hole by a film 32 so that the film 32 exhibits an orientation at least at one metal-plate surface 8b. The cross-sectional regions of the retaining elements and the cross-sectional region of the bridge element are dimensioned so that the retaining elements 30, 31 and the bridge element 28 receive shrinkage after molding to warp the film to compensate the shrinkage of the tubular elements 30, 31 on a metal plate and the movability of the functional part 25 to the metal plate is obtained automatically by the shrinkage of the film.
