PURPOSE:To obtain a cleaner composition which forms a coating film having a high surface gloss and high durability on the surface of a substrate after washing the surface. CONSTITUTION:This cleaner composition comprises 0.1-80 pts.wt. fatty acid, 0.1-80 pts.wt. nitrogenous organic compound which can form a salt with the fatty acid and 0.1-80 pts.wt. low-foaming surfactant. It is desirable that an amine is used as the nitrogenous organic compound. It is also desirable that a dark oil of a vegetable oil especially a dark oil of castor oil is used as the fatty acid. |
