PURPOSE:To obtain a fluororesin tube having an inner face treated with surfacing uniformly without flaws, creases and cracks by a method wherein a tube is turned inside out before a surface treatment, a face which has appeared by the turning is treated with surfacing, and the tube is turned again inside out. CONSTITUTION:A terminal circumference of a polytetrafluoroethylene resin tube 1 is grasped by a chuck 8 which is moved at a speed of 1m/min. and turned inside out in sequence so as to obtain an inner face treating tube 1 made of the polytetrafluoroethylene resin. During the period from a start of reversing until a completion, a hot air of about 260 deg.C is applied to the outer surface of the polytetrafluoroethylene resin tube 1 by a hot air heater so as to heat the tube. The inner face charged with a filler of the obtained inner face treating tube 1 made of the polytetrafluoroethylene resin has been treated with surfacing uniformly and both the inner face and the outer face of the tube have smooth surfaces without flaws, creases, streaks, and breaks. |
