PURPOSE:To perform the integral molding of partial adhesion without the necessity of a post process by permitting a movable mold disposed with skin material to be moved in use of plurality of movable molds and stationary mold, injecting molten resin to be molded and, after that, by molding molten resin injected in the same manner into a movable mold having no skin material provided thereon at delayed timing. CONSTITUTION:A partial skin material H is attached on a core movable mold 20, and the core movable mold 20 is moved and shifted to the side of an opposite stationary mold 10, and then molten resin is injected into a cavity from a gate 11a being opposite to the core movable mold 20 for forming a partial skin material H and base material. Next, at timing delayed further than that process, a main movable mold 30 is moved. Also, at this time, molten resin is injected from the gate 11a of the stationary mold 10 being opposite to the main movable mold 30 to then be subjected to a mold clamping and pressing process. This timing is carried out by a valve gate 11. |
