PURPOSE:To control the air blasting amount depending on the signal of an existing sensor, by controlling the blast amount depending on the engine cooling water temperature when the outer air temperature and the inner air temperature satisfy a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:The detecting signals of an outer air sensor 1 at the front side of the vehicle, an inner air sensor 2 provided at the air suction port at the front part in the vehicle, and an engine cooling water temperature sensor 3 are input to a control device 5, and it is decided whether the relation of the inner air temperature and the outer air temperature is in a specific condition or not. When the relation is not within a scope A, a normal air conditioning is carried out, and when it is in the scope A, the blast amount of a blower 6 is controlled according to a specific characteristic. Consequently, a sensor to select the blast mode is not necessary to prepare, and the blast control can be carried out at a low cost.
