PURPOSE:To provide nonwoven fabric rich in bulkiness and flexibility, having an uniform weave, and excellent in dimensional stability against tension. CONSTITUTION:The filament-laminated pun-bonded nonwoven fabric is produced by opening side by side type conjugate-spun filament bundles, processing the opened filament bundles into a bulky web, opening substantially non-crimped thermoplastic resin filament bundles discharged from an air sucker in a spinning process, processing the opened filament bundles into a non-bulky web, and subsequently laminating the bulky web to the non-bulky web. The side by side type conjugate-spun filament bundles are produced by conjugate-spinning ethylene-propylene random copolymer and polypropylene in a weight ratio of 2:98 to 10:90 and have crimps developed by discharging the spun filaments from an air sucker in a spinning process. |
