PURPOSE:To obtain a food containing fats and oils and filled in a hermetically sealed container and capable of holding a stabilized emulsified state even by preservation for a long period. CONSTITUTION:This food is the one, containing fats and oils and filled in a hermetically sealed container. In the food containing the fats and oils, the cation concentration is 10<-3> to 10<-1>mol/l and the maximum particle diameter of a water-insoluble ingredient is <=1.0mum. Furthermore, this method for producing the food, containing the fats and oils and filled in the hermetically sealed container is to regulate the cation concentration to 10<-3> to 10<-1>mol/l and the maximum particle diameter of the water-insoluble ingredient to s <=1.0mum. |
