PURPOSE:To easily adjust the temperature by forming a recess for storing and supporting a sensor plate body in a lower cell, by opening the peripheral part of the recess on opposite sides, excepting a part for supporting the body, and by removably inserting a heating bed of a temperature adjusting device so as to make contact with the sensor plate body. CONSTITUTION:A bank member 5 is provided in a recess 9a formed in a lower cell 9 made of transparent resin materials, and a sensor plate body 1 is embedded in a recess 9b so as to make the upper surface of the bank member 5 flush with upper surface of the cell 9. A opening 9e formed in the center part of the bottom surface of the cell 9, leaving protrusion pieces 9d, and a substrate la is set to the protrusion pieces 9d. A fitting recess 20b in which the bottom part of the cell 9 is fitted, is formed in a temperature adjusting device 20, and a heating bed 20c is fitted in the recess 20b so as to make contact with the lower surface of the body 1, having a height which can prevent the cell 9 from floating up from the recess 20b. With this arrangement, the body 1 can be made into direct contact with the heating bed 20c, and accordingly, the body 1 is briefly held at a predetermined temperature, thereby it is possible to finely adjust the temperature. |
