The device consists in a piece which can have a cylindrical, oval, rectangular or other suitable shape, it being possible for it to be manufactured from various materials provided they comply with the requirements of mechanical strength, surface finish, toughness, robustness and the like. Said piece will have the elements which are necessary for it to be fastened to walls, floors or the like, it being possible to accommodate, in its inside, the element corresponding to the anti-theft device for immobilizing or anchoring of the latter, upon being introduced and interposed between the fastening means and the respective access cavities. Its principal application is to fasten or immobilize anti- theft elements, such as chains, screw eyes or the like. <IMAGE>
