PURPOSE:To obtain a transformant useful for elucidation, etc., of mechanism of food poison due to bacteria of the genus Aeromonas by integrating the target gene into a plasmid having a region which participates in replication of plasmid RM2 and introducing the resultant plasmid into a bacterial strain of the genus Aeromonas. CONSTITUTION:The target gene (a gene, etc., concerned in production of biodegradable plastics) is integrated into a plasmid having an oriV region which participates in replication of plasmid RK2 which is a plasmid derived from Pseudomonas and the resultant plasmid is introduced into a bacterial strain of the genus Aeromonas. |
