PURPOSE: To simplify a production process and to prevent the blocking of a printing design at the time of heat-shrinkage packaging by printing gold and silver foil designs on the surface of a polypropylene thin plate and forming a folding line by embossing. CONSTITUTION: An overlapping film F and a polypropylene thin plate P are passed through the nip between heating rollers 21, 22 to laminate the printed surface of the overlapping film F to the surface of the polypropylene thin plate P and the polypropylene thin plate P on which the overlapping film F is laminated passes a cooling roller 24 and a tension regulator M to be transferred to a gold and silver foil printing machine 3 and the printing of a gold foil or silver foil is applied to the constant portion of the polypropylene thin plate P passing through the gold and silver foil printing machine 3 and a folding line is formed to the polypropylene thin plate P during the passage of the thin plate through an embossing machine 4. |
