发明名称 ANION SELECTING ELECTRODE CONTAINING FUMED SILICA
摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce the interference of interfering substance by using an anion selective electrode containing anion selective membrane which is formed of electric conductor, polymer substance, anion selective agent and fumed silica with specified weight percentages to measure anion in biological specimen. CONSTITUTION: For polymer substance, polymethylacrylate and other acrylate, silicon rubber, etc., are used, with about 20wt.%. For anion selective agent, tridodecylmethylammonium is preferably used, with about 0.01-65wt.%. Fumed silica, silica particles with about 5-100nm particle sizes, is used with about 5-50wt.%. The polymer substance and the anion selective agent are mixed together to produce anion selective polymer substance. The fumed silica is added thereto to form anion selective membrane, which is used to make an anion selective electrode. In this way, the interference of salicylic acid salt is reduced, resulting in accurate measurement.
