摘要 Flexible cellular polyurethanes are made by admixing (a) an organic diisocyanate, (b) a polyether polyol, (c) water, (d) an organotin catalyst in an amount of 1200-3800 p.p.m. by weight of said polyether polyol and (e) a lead salt of an organic carboxylic acid in an amount providing 10-175 p.p.m. of lead by weight of said polyether polyol, with the proviso that when more than 2300 parts by weight of said organotin compound or less than 70 parts by weight of said lead salt of an organic acid, per million parts by weight of said polyether polyol is used, said polyether polyol is an ethylene oxide capped polyether polyol. In Example (1) to a solution of lead 2-ethylhexoate in 100 parts of glycerol initiated polyoxypropylene trial of average M.W. 3000 containing 130 p.p.m. of lead were added: water, triethylene diamine, siloxane oxyalkylene copolymer and 0.20 parts of stannous octoate, and to the resulting mixture tolylene diisocyanate was added and the mass allowed to foam.
