PURPOSE:To provide a vacuum concentration and drying apparatus capable of discharging exhausted water into a general river without requiring a treatment equipment for exhausted water when concentrating and drying waste liquid of distilled liquor. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is equipped with a separator 40 involving baffle plates arranged in a zigzag configuration or a corrugatedplate shape between a vacuum concentration and drying tank 100 and an evacuation pipe 42 so as to collect and separate organic solid components and stock solution mist in waste liquid. The vacuum evacuation system 130 is composed of a water ejector 131, a hot well 132 and a cooling tower 141 and alcohol components contained in steam generated from the waste water are vaporized by the cooling tower 141. |
