PURPOSE:To provide a water-drawing device designed to receive naturally into a vessel, with overflow avoided, the water squeezed in large quantities from vegetables and to be flooded over the pickle barrel in several days after beginning a pickling on putting the vegetables into the barrel and placing a pickling stone thereon. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a fluted hook 1 with a string 2 on the surface is made circularly hollow, and a hose 3 is attached to the tip. The hook is then set on the brim along the edge on the upper part of the barrel and the tip of the hose is inserted into a water-receiving vessel. |
