PURPOSE:To efficiently perform cooling and prevent intrusion of water to a hole hating water and a damage of a product by a method wherein a molded item is released from a mold, an early-set part is gripped, and the molded item is cooled by dipping a thick-wall part in water except the early-set part. CONSTITUTION:In a molded item 9 provided with an early-set part 2 having a hole and a thick-wall part 4, the molded item 9 is released from a mold after it is set to the extent that the early-set part 2 can endure gripping. The early-set part 2 is gripped. In the state that the set part is gripped, the molded item 9 is cooled by dipping the thick-wall part 4 in water except the set part. In the cooling, the early-set part 2 is disposed up and gripped with the center of gravity of the molded item 9 positioned down. In addition, after the molded item 9 is cooled by water, a water content adhering to the molded item is dried. |
