PURPOSE: To obtain a molded article having a support core part comprising a first thermoplastic polymer and a protective layer, which comprises a second thermoplastic polymer based on polyamide 12 or 1212, surrounding the core part and characterized by that the protective layer is protected by environment and weather without using additives by setting the thickness of the protective layer to a specific value and providing a functional hole to the protective layer. CONSTITUTION: A core part having mechanical properties necessary as a functional part comprises a first thermoplastic polymer selected from a group consisting of polyamide, polyester, polyacetal, polycarbonate, polyphthalamide and a blend of them. The protective layer of a molded article comprises a polymer selected from a group consisting of a homopolymer or copolymer of polyamide 12 or 1212, a mutuall blend thereof and a blend thereof with other semi-crystalline or amorphous homopolymer or copolymer and can achieve a thickness of 0.2-5 mm in dependence of the shape of the molded article and an injection molding method and, in this case, a drilled hole can be formed to the material of the core part at an intended place. |
