PURPOSE:To obtain a mold capable of reliably molding esp. a thin-wall molded article, which is difficult to mold in a prior art, in a short molding cycle as a result of easily conducting a temperature control all over a full area of a cavity and obtain an injection molding method using this mold. CONSTITUTION:Using a mold in which an insert 32 is incorporated along a cavity 22 in a movable retainer plate 31 of a movable mold 21, and a recessed part 34 serving as a flow path of a heat exchanging medium is formed in one of the opposed surfaces of the insert 32 and the movable retainer plate 31, a fluid of a temperature too high to set a resin is supplied to the flow path 34 when the resin is charged in the cavity 22, and after the charging of the resin, a fluid of a temperature sufficiently low to set the resin is supplied to the flow path 34 to set the resin. |
