摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject primer suitable for coating a steel material coated with a polyolefin-based heavy duty corrosion protective coating such as a steel sheet-pile used in a river environment without greatly affecting the bonding durability under curing conditions by mixing a bisphenol type epoxy resin with a specific curing agent at a specified functional group ratio. CONSTITUTION:This primer is obtained by using (A) a bisphenol A type epoxy resin as a principal agent and (B) (i) an aromatic polyamine (e.g. m-xylylene diamine) or a mixture of the component (i) with (ii) a heterocyclic polyamine as a curing agent at (1:0.7) to (l:0.9) functional group ratio of the components (A) to (B). Furthermore, the glass transition temperature after curing is preferably >=90 deg.C. |
