PURPOSE:To automatically eliminate spray powder adhering onto oil on a delivery chain surface by means of a simple device so as to prevent a printed book from dirt due to a drop of oily powder during printing. CONSTITUTION:A guide member 12 is fixed in the symmetrical position with a mounting frame 11 installed in a delivery frame 1A, while a holder member 14 is arranged so that it is guided by means of the guide member 12 and is moved in the vertical direction by means of an air cylinder 13, and a wire brush 15 is held by the holder member 14. A delivery chain 2A is slowly rotated, and the wire brush 15, which is rotationally driven, is moved upward and downward synchronously with the delivery chain 2A, so that the delivery chain 2A is cleaned from the inside in the raised position and is retracted to the position of no interference when a chain gripper comes around.
