PURPOSE:To provide good heat retaining properties and heat insulating properties by using a foaming synthetic resin of specified density and hardness in which foams are not destroyed by the injection temperature and resin injection pressure of specified value of a boots molding material as a flexible foam synthetic resin layer at the time of injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A backing fabric material 12 is composed by laminating a flexible foaming synthetic resin layer 13 of heat insulating properties in which foams are not destroyed by the heat or resin injection pressure of a boots molding material Z at the time of injecting and knitted cloths 14 and 15 disposed on the surface and rear face of the layer. The foaming synthetic resin of density of 21.0-100kg/m<2> defined by JIS K6401 and hardness of 8.0-60.0kg defined by JIS K6401 are used for the flexible foaming synthetic resin layer 13. The fabric backing material 12 of socks shape is hung into a last mold 16, and further the bottom and side molds 17 and 18 are fitted and the boots molding material 2 is injected into a boots molding space 19 formed inside under the resin injection pressure of 74-554kg/cm<2> and at the injection temperature of 170-220 deg.C in the boots molding space 19 and boots main bodies 11 integrated with the fabric backing material 12 are injection molded to manufacture injection molded boots 10 for the protection against the cold. |
