PURPOSE:To provide a ceramics injection molding material which is low in defect at the time of molding and in crack at the time of degreasing and baking CONSTITUTION:In a ceramics injection molding material comprising 50-80-vol.% ceramics powder and 50-20vol.% binder, the binder contains maleic wax in an amount of 5-51vol.% (per 100vol.% of the binder). Since this method keeps the injection material from thickening (while maintaining it at an appropriate viscosity), allows the injection material to gradually harden to prevent the occurrence of weld and reduces the change of the volume, the cracking can be prevented at the time of degreasing and baking. |
