PURPOSE:To make ozone concentrations of clean air to be supplied to a plurality of supply places substantially constant in a multizone air cleaner for supplying the clean airs containing ozone to the plurality of supply places. CONSTITUTION:Dry air to be supplied from a central management chamber A is supplied to ozone generating units 5 installed at respective stairs to make clean air containing ozone by an ozone generator 9 for forming an ozone generating unit. The clean air is distributed to a third distributor 11 provided to distribute the clean air to suitable positions of arbitrary supply place group via a main tube 0, and diffused from diffusers 13 of the respective plates via an end tube 12 having flexibility from distribution ports. |
