PURPOSE:To surely absorb vibration from a vibration generating section even if an actuator is used, which generates only minute amplitudes. CONSTITUTION:A piezo-electric member 86 where a plurality of piezo-electric elements 84 capable of being vertically contracted/expanded are lined up so as to be relatively bonded with one another, is fixed on the housing section 12D of a lower trestle 12 with adhesives and the like. A vibrating plate support fitting 20 is disposed on the upper section of a drive plate 82, and a vibrating plate 24 is vulcanized so as to be bonded over the inner circumferential surface of the vibrating plate support fitting 20 via elasticity. A projected section 24A faced to a transmission liquid chamber 50 is formed over the center section of the vibrating plate 14. The lower surface of the projected section 24A faced to the transmission liquid chamber 50 is smaller in area than the upper surface of the drive plate 82. Therefore, when the drive plate 82 vibrates due to the piezo-electric member 86, an amplitude is thereby magnified by the transmission liquid chamber 50. |
