CONSTITUTION:A head part is formed as a multiple area head part model, and a brain cortex is set as an electric double layer in this model. In a processing part 23, the reference scalp electric potential distribution is found by the electric double layer, and this reference scalp electric potential distribution is learned by a neutral network, and respective network coefficients are adjusted and used, and the brain cortex electric potential distribution is estimated and traced from the measured scalp electric potential distribution. A position representing neuron activity is found beforehand, and the brain cortex electric potential distribution containing the vicinity of this position is estimated. The electric potential distribution of this electric double layer is three-dimensionally synthesized with the multiple area head part model, and emphasis is also applied according to intensity of the electric potential distribution, and the brain cortex electric potential distribution is displayed on a display part 24 with the lapse of time.
