Process for the full utilization of wastes by agglomeration, which comprises the stages of: (a) obtaining solid urban wastes and the like, (b) comminution of such wastes, (c) drying the comminuted wastes, (d) pressing the dry residues, (e) providing spoil from demolition and/or excavation, (f) comminuting the said materials and/or earths, (g) preparing stabilized sludges, (h) mixing and homogenizing the said dried pressed wastes with the said comminuted materials and/or earths and the said sludges and (i) agglomerating the mixture resulting from the previous stage. The process helps to make savings in the disposal of wastes. <IMAGE>
