PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion in a core material direction and to improve a local corrosion resistance of a heat exchanger by surely diffusing the corrosion in the side direction with a sacrificial anode layer. CONSTITUTION:The Al alloy sacrificial anode layer having constitution containing, by weight, one or two kinds among 0.01-0.3% Hf, 0.01-0.2% Mo, 0.01-0.2% Nb, 0.01-0.2% Ta, 0.01-0.3% Ti, 0.01-0.2% V and 0.01-0.1% W, and if necessary, further contg. one or two kinds among 0.01-0.2% Zr, 0.01-3.0% Zn and 0.01-0.05% In, is provided on one side surface or both surfaces of the Al alloy core material containing 0.1-1.5% Mn and 0.05-0.6% Cu. Al-Si or Al-Si- Mg brazing filler metal containing at least 6.5-11.5% Si is allowed to coat the one side surface or both surfaces of this sacrificial anode layer to obtain the objective complex brazing sheet for aluminum alloy-made heat exchanger. |
