PURPOSE:To suitably hold the medical wire at the diseased part, to simplify a holding operation and to hold it over and over again by restoring the original shape part of a original shape wire inside a scabbard tube into its original shape when it is pushed out, almost linearly extending the original shape part when it is pulled into the tip part of the scabbard tube, and housing it inside the scabbard tube. CONSTITUTION:Concerning the medical wire, the original shape wire and a guide wire 10 are housed in a passage for original shape wire and a passage for guide wire respectively and the original shape wire is made linear from the hand part almost up to the tip but originally formed into the shape of a helical coil at the tip part. Then, this original shape wire is formed from a superelastic material and when an original shape wire base 9 is pushed into a scabbard tube 5 and the helical coil 7 at the tip of the original shape wire is protruded from the top of the scabbard tube 5, the tip part of the original shape wire is restored into the helical coil 7. When the original shape wire base 9 is separated from a Y-shaped connector 3, the helical coil 7 and a platina ball 8 enters the head of the scabbard tube 5, and the tip part is deformed from the helical shape to the linear shape and pulled in. |
