INK JET PRINTING BAR THAT CAN BE STACKED WITH HIGH ACCURACY AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE: To form a multicolor ink jet printer by providing a thermal ink jet print bar of a full breadth which can be highly accurately stacked with another equal print bar. CONSTITUTION: A spacer 27 of a highly accurate size is inserted in a hole in a structural body bar 20 and joined together with a sub unit 22 to the hole. A print bar 14 of a full breadth securely holds a space of print bars and is stacked with use of the spacer to be in touch with a spacer of another print bar to eliminate a camber of any print bar caused by an internal stress while the print bar is manufactured.
